- IES Electrical was contracted by Lee Lewis Construction, Inc. to complete additions to Samuel Clemens High School in Schertz, Texas. IES will provide electrical wiring for the new ground up construction of approximately 250,000 SF combined Pre-K through 8th grade schools with a football/track stadium onsite. Work includes concrete, masonry, metals, wood, plastics and composites, thermal and moisture protection. IES also provided openings, finishes, specialties, equipment, furnishings, special construction, conveying equipment, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communications, electronic safety and communication, earthwork, and exterior improvements.
