New 6-Story Dorm Building for Local University

- IES Electrical has over 20 years of a successful working relationship with the University and completed this project 4 months earlier than scheduled. This new 88,569 sqft 6-story building consists of four floors of 96 dorm rooms and two floors of parking garage for 70 parking spaces. Work included the electrical wiring for the 2-level parking structure with 4-levels of dorm above the parking area. This is the 3rd dorm building in a highly congested area of the campus where staging areas for construction was limited.
